    FEES
    Fee for services are payable in full at the time of service.  Chelsea Dermatology accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, bank checks, money orders, debit cards and cash. We also gladly accept Care Credit, a low interest finance option. To learn more about Care Credit go to www.carecredit.com

    INSURANCE
    Chelsea Dermatology has agreements with a number of insurance carriers that permit direct billing.  However, the patient is ultimately responsible for any co-payments, deductibles, and any non-covered services. 

    In general, cosmetic procedures are not covered by health insurance and are the full financial responsibility of the patient.  In order to be seen patients must have their insurance identification cards and a referral as required by the patient's insurance company. These documents must be provided to be seen as a patient.  Those patients who do not have insurance and or lack coverage must pay for services out-of-pocket.

    APPOINTMENTS
    Patients are seen by appointment only.

    To schedule an appointment, call 212-675-4244.  We recognize the value of your time therefore every effort is made to see you at your scheduled time.  Appointment cancellation requires forty-eight (48) hours' prior notice in order to avoid a missed appointment fee.  A missed appointment fee of $125 applies to the doctor's scheduled appointments.  A missed appointment fee, prorated to the cost of the type of service scheduled, applies to the aesthetician's scheduled appointments.
