Subway:  Take "C" or "E" trains to 23rd Street at 8th Avenue stop; walk one block West on 23rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues

Car:  West 23rd Street between 9th and 10th Avenues.  Chelsea Dermatology is located on the south side of 23rd Street

Bus:  Take cross-town M23 bus going west and exit at 23rd Street and 9th Avenue

LIRR:  Take Long Island Railroad to Penn Station then follow subway or car directions.  To walk from LIRR, walk south on 8th Avenue to 23rd Street and turn right (West);  then walk one block on 23rd Street to South Corner of 9th Avenue.
