About Shipping

Most orders will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. We regret that this processing time des not include weekends or holidays. Orders that are placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, excluding holidays.

FedEx is our shipping vendor; we offer the following options:

Standard Ground: 7 to 10 business days.

Overnight Delivery: 1-2 business days. Your order will be processed the same day if the order is received by 3:00 p., EST.

Return Policy

Merchandise may be returned for a refund when accompanied by a mail order receipt within 10 days of purchase.

Please call 212.675.4244 Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Enclose your invoice and merchandise in a box or padded envelope. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for the credit to be issued. Please note credits will not be possible without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
